Based in São Paulo, this role is ideal for a QA professional who excels in manual testing, API validation, and front-end/back-end coordination, and wants to play a critical role in delivering high-quality, seamless digital experiences.What You ll Do: Manual Testing & ValidationConduct comprehensive front-end (FE) validation to ensure UI/UX matches design specs and works across devices and browsersPerform back-end (BE) testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools to validate API response codes, payloads, and error handlingTest data integrity between UI, APIs, and databases to ensure end-to-end accuracyExecute multiple testing types:Functional TestingIntegration TestingRegression TestingSmoke TestingExploratory Testing Test Case Development & DocumentationCreate and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria (AC)Embed API contracts into test cases to ensure expected backend behaviorLog and track defects with thorough reproduction steps and impact analysisContinuously refine test coverage in collaboration with developers and product managers Collaboration & Process ImprovementPartner with developers, PMs, and stakeholders in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)Communicate test results clearly and escalate high-priority defectsHelp define and evolve QA best practices, strategies, and tools for team-wide efficiencyWhat You Bring:3+ years of QA experience in web or mobile application testingStrong manual testing skills across UI and API layersProficiency with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API validationExperience writing test cases with API contracts embedded in ACKnowledge of frontend/backend architecture, API flows, and data consistency validationAbility to work effectively in agile teams with strong communication and collaborationBonus: Familiarity with test automation frameworks or scripting basicsWhy You ll Love It Here: Be the voice of quality in a product-first environment Collaborate with cross-functional pros who value precision and performance Make a direct impact on the customer experience and product reliability Based in São Paulo, with remote or hybrid work options available
