You ll help bring live shows to life by coordinating talent, managing influencers, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to broadcast.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Scouting: Proactively identify and onboard exceptional livestream personalities who can significantly boost user interaction and sales on SHEIN s streaming platform.Influencer Relations Management: Oversee the effective functioning of the influencer initiative, incorporating strategy formulation, operational execution, fostering relationships with influencers and detailed analytics reporting.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage with a variety of departments (including Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, and Business Strategy teams) in a high-energy setting to effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.Influencer Activity Oversight & Issue Management: Vigilantly monitor influencer activities to pre-empt and address any potential issues, aiming to minimize adverse effects on the company s image.Live Content Innovation & Refinement: Devise and implement novel ideas for live broadcasts, continually seeking to enhance the quality and audience engagement of the livestream experience.Comprehensive Livestream Oversight: Manage all facets of SHEIN s live broadcasts, from conceptualizing marketing campaigns to supervising live streams to confirm compliance with SHEIN s guidelines.Content Performance Tracking: Analyze and interpret content metrics to gauge and boost performance.Broadcast Hosting: Participate in presenting live broadcasts, promoting products and showcasing special offers.Key Qualifications: Network of Influencers: Established connections with digital influencers, industry leaders, talent groups, and creative communities.Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in digital commerce, live broadcast media, Multi-Channel Networks (MCN), Streaming Services, or related sectors is beneficial.Content Production Experience: Previous involvement in creating content or leading production for digital media, live events, or comparable experiences.Project Management Excellence: Outstanding organizational and project oversight skills, with a flair for both creative and strategic thinking.English Language Skills: Proficient in English (Advanced level) for liaising with stakeholders from various regions.Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a logical approach.Work Ethic & Team Collaboration: Dependable, with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Camera Presence: Comfortable with being on camera, particularly for hosting live sessions is an advantage.Enthusiasm for Digital Media: Passionate about the evolving landscape of social media and live streamingAt SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
