You ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring creative, high-impact campaigns to life.
The RoleWe re looking for a creative-yet-technical e-commerce marketer who knows how to turn Shopify and Klaviyo into conversion machines.
You ll own the execution of marketing campaigns, optimize upsells and subscriptions, and support launches across multiple storefronts.You ll be the right-hand person to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with a small team of designers, product managers, and e-commerce specialists.
This role requires someone who s flexible, fast-moving, resourceful, and able to work autonomously.
What You ll DoShopify & OptimizationAdd and optimize products, bundles, and landing pages across 3 Shopify storesManage and improve apps like Appstle Subscribe & Save, One Click Upsell, and Bundles to increase AOV and retentionKeep upsells fresh and conversion paths optimizedContinuously audit and improve the customer journey with a CRO (conversion rate optimization) mindsetEmail & Flows (Klaviyo)Monitor and improve Klaviyo flows across all brandsManage segmentation, A/B testing, and email engagementAutomate subscription and loyalty flowsCampaign & Merchandising SupportSupport seasonal and last-minute campaigns (e.g., Barksgiving, Black Friday)Coordinate homepage updates, banners, and announcementsUse Canva (light usage) when the graphic designer is unavailable Who You Are3+ years of hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experienceStrong understanding of e-commerce marketing and digital merchandisingComfortable switching between creative strategy and technical executionExtremely organized, independent, and proactiveFluent in English and able to work partially or fully overlapping Pacific Time (PST)Bonus if you love dogs Our StackShopifyKlaviyoAppstleOne Click UpsellBundlesTriple WhaleTrelloCanva Bonus PointsExperience with loyalty or subscription programsFamiliarity with Shopify FlowComfort working across multiple stores and adjusting product data/settings Growth & CultureWe re a nimble team with startup energy.
