We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to lead a team of developers and QA engineers.
This role requires someone who can ensure best practices are followed, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and stay actively involved in development when needed.
The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise and experience working in high-volume data environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead a Salesforce development team, including developers and QA engineersRemain hands-on in both architecture and development tasksEnforce Salesforce development and architecture best practicesCollaborate with team leads, architects, and client stakeholders to align solutions with business goalsOptimize Salesforce performance in large-data environments (nice to have)Maintain high standards in code quality, CI/CD, and production monitoringRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise settingsStrong knowledge of Salesforce (UI, Apex, Lightning, API integrations)Practical experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development)Understanding of CI/CD processes (Copado preferred, open to upskilling)Clear understanding of code quality standardsFamiliarity with monitoring production environmentsNice to Have:Experience with Salesforce performance tuning in high-volume orgsExperience working with distributed international teamsCompensation & Benefits:Monthly salary: $5,000 $7,000 USD depending on location and contract typeLabor contract providedAdditional benefits: private health insurance, home office setup allowance, and more
