We are seeking a results-driven SEO Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Your main focus will be Local SEO strategy, Google Business Profile optimization, and traffic-to-call conversion improvements.This is a high-impact role with measurable goals around increasing job bookings and sales through organic search, maps, and reputation strategies.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multiple locations;Implement on-page SEO best practices for service-based landing pages;Execute local link-building campaigns and citation audits;Monitor rankings, impressions, and traffic from local intent queries;Collaborate with designers and copywriters to enhance content performance;Analyze data via Google Search Console, Analytics, and 3rd-party SEO tools;Report weekly KPIs related to visibility, calls, and qualified leads; QualificationsProven experience in Local SEO, ideally in the home services or SMB space;Fluent in English (written and spoken);Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced environments;Hardworking, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused;Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, BrightLocal, Ahrefs, or similar; What We OfferAutonomy for execution;Opportunity to work with fast-scaling U.S.
