We are looking for an Operational Planning Specialist with solid experience in S&OP to work in a dynamic environment focused on capacity planning, alignment with global stakeholders, and operational excellence.
This professional will be responsible for ensuring that all resources workforce, equipment, and infrastructure are strategically dimensioned to meet operational volumes with quality and service level.Responsabilities - Perform short-, medium-, and long-term workforce planning for in-house operations;- Dimension equipment and other resources required to meet operational demand efficiently and effectively;- Monitor and analyze key operational capacity KPIs such as efficiency, absenteeism, and turnover;- Request and validate supplier capacity based on sales forecasts;- Distribute demand among operations based on capacity, resources, and performance criteria;- Lead daily meetings with suppliers to align production plans and mitigate operational risks;- Monitor storage capacity and utilization, highlighting risks and opportunities;- Request equipment procurement as needed to support forecasted volumes;- Manage volume allocation across operations, considering backlog, installed capacity, efficiency, and SLA;Requirements- Proven experience in S&OP and/or S&OE processes and supply chain planning;-Fluent English, with ability to communicate daily with international stakeholders;- Advanced knowledge in KPI management and analytics using tools such as Tableau and Power BI;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.Nice to have:- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office 365;- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems);- Previous experience in e-commerce or high-volume logistics environments;- Analytical mindset and systemic thinking to support fast and assertive decision-making;- Familiarity with planning and data analysis tools.Location: Guarulhos-SP Work model: On-site
