About the RoleWe re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team on a freelance basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real-world impact.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)Design and build ad creatives: static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphicsOversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibilityCreate or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social mediaMonitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc)Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights What We re Looking For3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C environmentsProficient in Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing toolsProficient in automation tools such as ZapierAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglySelf-starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomyPassion for healthcare, social impact, or mission-driven work
