Gerente de Experiência do Cliente

Responsibilities:Conducting researches in local rider commuties around riders experince;Design and build localized rider service system and strategies to enhance rider experience;Collabrate with product team on build product features to optimize piplines of delivery;Develop feedback channels and collect rider feedback to optimize strategies and products.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations in fields such as customer service and experience enhance, with experiences of leading strategy operations or strategy product teams for complex business initiatives;Strong team management and communication skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members while fostering cross-team collaboration; Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience.
Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs;Both fluent in English and Portuguese.
