Title: Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)Location: RemoteDuration: 6+ MonthsNeed to support PST timingsJob Description:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to enhance customer support and service functionalities.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and Lightning components.Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).Configure Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Live Agent.Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, etc.Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations with third-party tools.Familiarity with Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
