The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional who thrives on managing campaigns end-to-end from market research and strategic planning to execution, optimization, and scaling for profitability.
You will work with a high-caliber team of Product Managers, Software Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysts, Media Buyers, and Partner Development Managers who are passionate about delivering measurable results.
Your primary goal is to scale Desktop Software installs/downloads by managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Strategically develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic to proprietary Desktop productsMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market insights to improve performance.
Analyze KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and CPA to optimize campaigns for ROITesting & Optimization: Implement A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, to drive higher engagement and performanceBusiness Development: Independently identify and present new campaigns, share ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand advertising initiativesWho You Are5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buyingExperience driving Desktop downloads/installs for low-intent offers, including downloadable software, browsers, or extensions via Google AdsExpert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Display); Search, YouTube and other networks are a plusProven success in managing large budgets and high-volume campaignsExcellent financial skills and basic familiarity with ExcelStrong experience with analyzing data and trends, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and other common KPIsBasic SQL and/or Google Analytics knowledge is a plusBasic HTML or programming knowledge is a plusMust have excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationshipsHave a solid understanding of how online display and search advertising works
