You will play a critical role in scaling our Meta and social ads strategy by formulating new campaigns, optimizing control ads, and utilizing your own creativity in the drafting of new creatives.
This is not a standard media buying role we are looking for someone who can thrive as an independent contributor and be ready to contribute right away.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute data-driven Meta Ads strategies aligned with business goals (driving high quality leads while maintaining ROAS targets)Identify high-converting audience segments using first-party data, lookalikes, and more.Build and iterate a wide array of campaigns centered around retargeting, reach, and test new bid strategies.Campaign ExecutionLaunch and manage existing Meta campaignsStructure ad sets for efficient scalingCoordinate appropriate campaign setups using new and existing pixels, events, and custom iterations.Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager proficiently for campaign builds, budget allocation, and trackingPerformance OptimizationMonitor KPIs daily (CPL, CPC, RPL, etc.) and proactively optimize campaigns for scale and profitabilityRun creative-level and audience-level split tests to improve CPA and reduce ad fatigueAnalyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming assetsImplement bid strategy adjustments based on real-time performanceCreative Collaboration & TestingCollaborate with copywriters and video editors to script, brief, and test direct-response creative optimized for scroll-stopping performanceInterpret creative data signals to guide future iterationsContribute to a rigorous creative testing roadmap and identify winning creatives quicklyAI & Automation ProficiencyUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Motion) to streamline creative concepting and copy productionHuge bonus for having experience with automated rules, scripts, and bulk editing tools for campaign efficiencyStay ahead of Meta s algorithmic updates and Advantage suite features (Adv+ audiences, creative, catalog, etc.)Reporting & CommunicationProduce weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights using Ads Manager or Google SheetsCommunicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders or clientsForecast and project campaign results based on historical data and budget plansBonus SkillsExperience with instant lead form campaignFamiliarity with other social ad platforms like TikTok, Nextdoor, and moreKnowledge of GA4 and server-side tracking (CAPI Gateway, Conversions API)Prior experience with landing page testing and funnel CROWhat We re Looking ForFluency in English excellent verbal and written communication is a must.Autonomy ability to operate independently without the need for micromanagement.Urgency bias for action and a relentless drive to move quickly without sacrificing quality.Ownership treats the role like it s their business; accountable and proactive.Proven track record of success in a high-velocity media-buying environment (bonus for experience in early-stage startups or real estate tech).Startup DNA adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in ambiguity.Why Join Property Leads?100% remote with a flexible working environment (within US time zones).High-growth company with opportunities for advancement.Impact-first culture with a focus on results, not red tape.Work with a collaborative and passionate team solving meaningful problems in the real estate industry.
