We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist who loves uncovering issues beyond the typical user journey and strengthening the quality of complex B2B SaaS applications.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on exploring edge cases, validating intricate workflows, and ensuring a robust, enterprise-ready product.Key Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive manual testing of B2B SaaS web applications (multi-user workflows, account management, role-based access, data-heavy interfaces).
Design and run test cases for edge cases, boundary conditions, and unexpected user behavior to uncover hidden defects.
Develop detailed test plans and cases for new features, regression testing, and consistent system behavior.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and UX teams to align feature expectations and risk areas.
Log and manage bugs using tools like JIRA, with clear documentation and severity assessment.
Validate API integrations and backend processes using tools like Postman, ensuring data consistency and accurate business logic.
Support automation efforts (e.g., basic UI regression with Selenium, Postman scripts for API checks).
Conduct exploratory testing and lightweight performance/stress tests to ensure resilience.
Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and compatibility testing across enterprise environments.Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of manual QA experience testing SaaS or enterprise-grade web apps.
Strong ability to design tests that go beyond the "happy path" and anticipate real-world issues.
Hands-on experience with exploratory testing, boundary testing, fuzz testing, and performance edge cases.
Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Working knowledge of Postman for API testing and basic QA automation concepts.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear documentation abilities.
