Location: São Paulo, Brazil Hybrid ModelClient: ConfidentialAbout the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced FDI Manager with a strong focus on supporting the internationalization of Brazilian companies to the United States.
This is a strategic leadership role, with direct responsibility for defining, executing, and leading Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives for an international client aiming to attract Brazilian businesses to its territory.In addition to FDI, the professional will also be involved in Trade Promotion activities, fostering bilateral business opportunities between Brazil and the United States.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the investment attraction strategy, targeting Brazilian companies interested in expanding their operations to the United States.Build and manage a pipeline of potential investors, overseeing the entire relationship cycle from initial identification to investment conversion.Conduct strategic meetings with C-level executives from Brazilian companies, presenting the competitive advantages of the U.S.
market and guiding them through the internationalization process.Coordinate market intelligence efforts, including sector analysis, trend identification, and opportunity mapping for FDI.Represent the international client at various forums, events, and business roundtables in Brazil, acting as a spokesperson for investment opportunities.Support Trade Promotion initiatives, such as organizing trade missions, business matchmaking agendas, and lead generation activities for exports.Lead internal teams (when applicable), ensuring efficient project management, on-time deliverables, and strong relationships with both local and international stakeholders.What We re Looking For:Proven experience in FDI, business internationalization, international business development, or international strategic consulting.Advanced English (fluency in meetings, report writing, and executive presentations).Strong ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, both in Brazil and internationally.Analytical profile with a solid background in market research, business intelligence, and investment attraction strategy development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.Experience in project management or team leadership will be considered a plus.
