International Logistics & Fleet Coordinator South & North America Location: Remote (must be based in São Paulo SP, Brazil) Industry: Container Leasing & TradingEVOCONTAINERS is rapidly expanding across the Americas and is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional to coordinate international logistics operations and support commercial activities outside Brazil while also managing our national leasing fleet.
Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support to international sales representatives, tracking container movements, release orders;Update our internal system with accurate unit status and location data;Coordinate container repositioning between different global regions, optimizing logistics flows and costs;Oversee the leasing fleet in Brazil, working closely with depots, technicians, and transport partners;Schedule and monitor pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring fast and accurate execution;Prepare and maintain operational reports (movements, performance, KPIs) on a regular basis;Maintain constant communication with depots, shipping lines, terminals, carriers, and international partners.
Requirements:Solid experience in international logistics, supply chain, or multimodal transport;Advanced English and intermediate to advanced Spanish (spoken and written);Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile, with strong problem-solving skills;Hands-on experience with fleet management, movement tracking, and logistics planning;Proficiency in Excel.Availability to work remotely, with occasional meetings or short business trips.
