Role Overview:As a fraud analyst you will be conducting manual review of ecommerce orders with the aim of blocking fraudulent orders, identifying fraud attacks and supporting fraud prevention efforts.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced fraud analyst.
The role requires strong analytical skills, independent and creative thinking, quick decision-making, and flexibility.
The role involves shift work including availability on weekends and nights.Key Responsibilities:Review transactions and make accurate, timely decisions to detect fraud.
Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management.
Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms.
Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes.
Contact the final customer for validation whenever potential fraud is foundQualifications / Skills:Minimum 2 years experience as a fraud analyst in the ecommerce industry - MUST Analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and providing insights.
Proven ability to quickly review transactions and make informed decisions under pressure.
Ability to collaborate across teams and support research with actionable insights.
