Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Fraud Analyst Team Lead to supervise and guide a team of fraud analysts in identifying and preventing fraudulent activity.
This role combines hands-on fraud detection with leadership responsibilities, including performance coaching, workflow management, and cross-team collaboration to improve fraud controls.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of fraud analysts, providing daily oversight, feedback, and support.
Monitor operational metrics and fraud trends, review and escalate complex or high-risk fraud cases.
Develop and refine fraud detection processes, rules, and workflows.
Collaborate with data science, account management, product and customer support teams to improve detection systemsPrepare and review regular reports on fraud KPIs, team productivity, and emerging patterns.Participate in the onboarding, and continuous training of team members.Qualifications / Skills:3+ years of experience in fraud detection, fraud operations, or risk analysis.2+ year in a team lead or supervisory role.Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.Experience with SQL - MUST.
