While they work somewhat independently, they occasionally seek guidance from senior members.
Their contributions extend beyond coding, as they actively collaborate with the team and offer basic improvement suggestions.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain complex code with efficiency and reliabilityEngage in debugging and fixing software issuesCollaborate with the team on software architecture, design, and implementationProvide basic suggestions to improve processes and productsBegin to mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members Requirements1-3 years of relevant experience in full-stack software developmentProficiency in Go or C , AWS, React, and Typescript/JS · Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, or graph database technologiesGood understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practicesGrowing independence in task execution with occasional need for guidanceEffective team collaboration and communication skillsBe fully aligned to the our core values:o Think Big - Be courageous and bold.
