Here s a sneak peek at your key responsibilities:Be the Client s Tech Champion: Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating client requirements into actionable, scalable solutions with crystal-clear communication even for non-technical stakeholders.Innovate with Impact: Collaborate with engineering teams to craft robust architectures and integrations, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.Lead with Vision: Guide cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product management) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while tracking KPIs and mitigating risks.Present and Inspire: Wow clients with compelling solution demos, workshops, and presentations that showcase value and spark excitement.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.Who You Are:You re a strategic thinker with a knack for collaboration and a proven track record in technical delivery.
To thrive in this role, you ll bring:A Bachelor s Degree or higher in Computing, Systems, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in technology or product management, with a history of delivering comprehensive solutions.2+ years overseeing end-to-end system architecture, showcasing deep expertise in design and integration.Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders through presentations and clear, concise dialogue.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to bridge client needs with technical capabilities.Ideally you have What you ll get:$80,000 salaryRemote work to start with then moving to hybrid work in 3 months timeHealth Insurance: Employee and dependents (SulAmerica - Especial 100)Dental Insurance: Employee only but dependent can be included for deducted fee (SulAmerica - Especial 100)Life Insurance: Employee only (SulAmerica Plan Prestige PME)Meal & Transportation voucher (993 BRL monthly)Annual leave: 30 days plus local public holidaysBirthday holiday: 1 day each year to be taken 5 days either side of birthday13th month bonus: Employees receive an additional month s salary at the end of the yearDigressionary annual bonus: Expected at around 20% of annual salary based on company and personal performance.
