To achieve this vision we need an outstanding and passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to take on the following responsibilities:Implement, automate, and continuously evolve a comprehensive testing strategy, placing special emphasis on end-to-end (E2E) coverage.Translate product requirements into clean, testable code throughout the development lifecycle.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate development activities in close collaboration with product and design.Monitor, track, and address production issues, continuously improving performance, security, and user experience.As an additional activity, assist Customer Success by analyzing issues and responding to support tickets so our customers always receive the help they need.This person should share our core values of teamwork, empathy, and innovation.
Ideally, they have the following background:Required SkillsDeep understanding of software-quality principles and the tooling that supports them.3 + years of hands-on development with JavaScript/TypeScript, comfortable writing testable code and unit/integration tests.Mobile-application testing expertise designing and automating tests for iOS and Android.CI/CD ownership building and maintaining pipelinesDatabase fluency writing/debugging SQL or working with NoSQL stores to seed, stub, and verify test data.Professional proficiency in written and spoken EnglishGood to HaveReact Native testing expertise creating and maintaining automated test suites for React Native appsAI-augmented test automation: using generative tools or machine-learning approaches for test-case creation, visual regression, anomaly detection, or self-healing test scripts.Sophisticated test-data management synthetic data generation, environment provisioning, and parallel E2E orchestration.Experience as an early team member in a health tech startup Please note that our full stack is JavaScript-based, hence applicants must have strong foundational and demonstrated experience in JS-related libraries and frameworks.
