We are equally obsessed with your experience as a part of this team.About the Role: autobrush is on a mission to revolutionize oral care, and we re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our paid growth engine, with total clarity on CAC and contribution margin.This isn t just about managing campaigns.
This is about owning CAC economics across Meta, Google, and beyond by working across teams to guide creative strategy, funnel testing, and growth experimentation.
You won t be doing everything solo, but you will be the one making sure it all moves.You are:A senior media buyer who can confidently scale Meta accounts to $20k+/dayA creative strategist who knows that the hook makes or breaks the ROASA funnel hacker who understands how ads, landing pages, and offers stack togetherA data junkie who gets attribution, contribution margin, and payback windowsA growth architect who sees paid social as just one lever in a much bigger machineYou will:Scale paid media profitably (working closely with Cori and the growth team)Launch banger creative (orchestrating freelancers, creators, and AI tools)Build and iterate funnels that unlock higher AOV and LTV (partnering with our CRO team)Treat CAC like it s your P&L (because you own the outcomes, not every execution)You ll be the conductor of the growth machine accountable for performance while leveraging our CRO team, creative partners, and AI tools to execute at scale.This is a high-impact, high-accountability role.
You ll be expected to move fast, test fearlessly, and own the economics of paid acquisition.What You ll Need to Be Great HereDeep Meta experience.
You ve scaled accounts to $20k+/day.
You re fluent in attribution realities and can build and optimize winning structures from scratch.
Bonus: You ve run Google/YT too.Creative-first mindset.
You know creative is the biggest growth unlock.
You ve written briefs, launched UGC, tested static vs.
video, and can spot a hook that ll scale.Funnel building instincts.
You ve run listicles, VSLs, and whitelisting campaigns, and you understand how landing pages and offers work together to drive conversion and AOV.CAC & LTV fluency.
You don t just track ROAS you model CAC scenarios, contribution margin, payback periods, and downstream monetization.
You live to lower CAC or raise it, when the funnel and AOV justify it.Data fluency.
You can t sleep if you don t know your CTR, CPA2C, CVR, MER, and LTV/CAC.
You know how to interpret data and use it to fuel the next round of creative and funnel testing.Testing rigor.
You care about statistical significance, know how to structure clean tests, and build dashboards that reflect true business performance not just platform metrics.Execution operator.
You ship fast.
You track what s tested, document what s working, and brief what s next without needing to be told twice.Team builder & orchestrator.
You know when to execute and when to delegate.
