We re looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our long-term project, working remotely from Brazil.
This is a full-time, contractor position aligned with Central Time (CT) hours.
Applicants must reside in Brazil and hold an active CNPJ.
All communication and interviews are in English (B2+ level required).You ll help design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for a modern legal tech platform, focused on automation, compliance, and performance across global enterprise environments.You ll manage Azure infrastructure, develop reusable Terraform modules, and support CI/CD processes across distributed systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, asynchronous environments and takes ownership of infrastructure quality, automation, and security.ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage Azure infrastructure using TerraformDeploy, maintain, and monitor AKS clustersBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deliveryImplement secure secrets management and access controlsTroubleshoot issues across infrastructure, containers, and servicesMonitor system performance and optimize cost-efficiencyCollaborate with development teams to support releasesDocument systems, decisions, and processes for future referenceCore Experience (Must-Have)4+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automationSolid hands-on experience with Azure services (compute, networking, storage)Proficiency in Terraform (module creation, reusability, IaC pipelines)Knowledge of Kubernetes operations (AKS strongly preferred)CI/CD pipeline implementation with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similarStrong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)Version control with GitFamiliarity with cloud networking and security best practicesExperience working independently in a remote setupNice to Have (Bonus)Azure certifications (e.g.
