The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee application support services directly from our client s office.
The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and lead a team to meet service level agreements and performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding application support services.Manage and oversee the application support team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to understand their business needs and align services accordingly.Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.Monitor service delivery and implement improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of support.Lead regular meetings with the client to review performance, discuss issues, and plan future activities.Provide strategic guidance to the team to align with client expectations and business objectives.Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance and improvements.Address escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain client satisfaction.Collaborate with the development and infrastructure teams to facilitate the implementation of new applications and updates.Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize service delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in service delivery management, specifically in application support.Excellent understanding of application support processes and methodologies.Strong client management skills and experience working directly from client locations.Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Skills:Outstanding communication (English and Portuguese) and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Competency in project management and service improvement initiatives.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.Additional Requirements:Willingness to work from the client s office and travel as necessary.
