Position Challenges:Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial transactions aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.Regulatory Monitoring: Stay ahead of changes in tax laws and accounting standards to mitigate risks and identify improvement opportunities.Month-End & Reporting: Lead timely month-end closings, management reports, and audit responses.Mentorship & Tools Mastery: Serve as a mentor by mastering internal systems and tools for efficient validation tasks.Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex financial data into clear insights for management and external auditors.Strategic Financial Analysis: Support decision-making through KPI interpretation and financial performance analysis.Internal Controls & Risk Management: Develop and enforce controls to safeguard financial integrity and prevent fraud.Role & Responsibilities:Record and analyze financial statements (P&L, cash flow, etc.)Plan and manage budgets, including variance analysisReconcile bank transactions and manage fixed assetsEnsure tax compliance and support declarationsMaintain internal regulations and approval workflowsRequirements:Bachelor s degree in AccountingValid accounting certification (CRC)Desirable MBA in Financial Management or Industrial AdministrationSolid experience in a similar industryAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systemsAdvanced English proficiency
