Company Overview CNS Worldwide Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in fire suppression systems and mechanical components, renowned for cutting-edge technology, engineering excellence, and a strong track record of safety and reliability.The company provides advanced fire protection and mechanical solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients worldwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and strategic Managing Director to lead the company s operations and drive commercial growth across Latin America.Based ideally in São Paulo (other locations may be considered), you will have full P&L responsibility, lead a diverse team of 12 professionals, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company s presence in the region.This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to shape strategy, drive performance, and deliver sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all activities across Latin America.Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 12 across sales, technical support, operations, and administration.Define and execute business strategies to expand market share and profitability in fire suppression systems and mechanical components.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key clients, consultants, and strategic partners.Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adapt and refine commercial approaches.Ensure operational excellence, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and delivery of superior customer service.Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance reporting to the global leadership team.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years experience in B2B sales and operations leadership, including P&L responsibility.Proven track record in fire protection, HVAC, building technologies, or industrial mechanical solutions.Strong knowledge of the Brazilian and broader Latin American markets.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish highly desirable.Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively across Latin America.
