Senior Data Engineer (US/UK International Projects)We re an established software development and consultancy agency based in Florianópolis, with a strong focus on US and EU clients.
We re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team, working on exciting international projects.In this role, you ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and models for our diverse client base.
The data you engineer will directly fuel cutting-edge AI insight initiatives, making your contributions vital to our clients success.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable data models and ETL processes.Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility.Collaborate closely with international clients (US and UK) to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex data challenges.Contribute to AI insight initiatives by preparing and optimizing data for machine learning models.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Data Engineering and Data Modeling.Extensive experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a clear data mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Highly Desired (Bonus Skills):Experience with Machine Learning and AI technologies.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Dataform, BigQuery, Analytics Hub, and Vertex AI.Working Model:We are open to remote candidates, but ideally, you ll be within commutable distance to our Florianópolis office.
