About Inclusion Cloud:

Inclusion Cloud, a leading innovator in digital solutions, is looking to expand its Project Pursuit and Delivery (PPD)

team by adding a skilled Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Back-End development. This role involves developing web-based applications optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers, and enhancing our proprietary ERP software solutions using cutting-edge technology.

The Role:

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Inclusion Cloud, you will play a critical role in both front-end and back-end development.

Your main responsibilities will include extending and enhancing the ERP offerings using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, and maintaining a smooth user experience across all platforms.

Your Impact:

• Software Development: Develop, support, and enhance web-based applications using .NET, WPF, XAML, C#, and ASP.Net, focusing on creating solutions that are both efficient and scalable.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the PPD team in Agile settings to design software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements, participating in all phases of the development cycle from planning to deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize both applications and databases to ensure seamless functionality and superior user experiences.
• Quality Assurance: Develop unit tests and ensure compliance with standard coverage requirements, maintaining robustness in software functionality.
• Documentation and Communication: Generate and maintain technical documentation, effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in web development.
• Advanced skills in C#, .NET Core, T-SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, WPF, and XAML.
• Proficient with CSS preprocessors like LESS and SASS.
• Experience with ASP.Net, Razor components, and Microsoft Blazor technologies.
• Understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and implementing JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js, or Knockout.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, test automation, and tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning new technologies.
