Are you an experienced WordPress Developer ready to take on exciting international projects? Remote People is partnering with a renowned global digital solutions provider to recruit a talented WordPress Developer for their expanding team in Brazil Our client is a leading digital solutions company with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative web and technology projects for top-tier clients across finance, retail, hospitality, and more.
They are known for their collaborative, multicultural work environment and commitment to excellence.As a WordPress Developer, you ll play a key role in building and maintaining custom WordPress solutions for high-impact, international projects.
You ll work closely with a project manager based in France and collaborate daily with a dynamic, global team.Key Responsibilities:Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratchConvert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, high-performance websitesOptimize websites for speed, security, and scalabilityTroubleshoot, debug, and maintain multiple WordPress sitesCollaborate using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and NotionManage local, staging, and production environmentsYour Profile:5 8 years of professional WordPress development experienceAdvanced skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQLDeep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem (custom post types, hooks, filters, ACF, WP-CLI, etc.)Proven ability to develop custom plugins/themes without page buildersExperience with technical SEO, performance, and security best practicesProficient with Git and version controlHighly autonomous, organized, and fluent in English (French is a plus)What s Offered:100% remote position (Brazil-based)Salary: 12,000 14,000 BRL (gross) /month (CLT)Fixed schedule aligned to French business hoursInternational exposure and the opportunity to work with leading brandsSupportive, expert team and a collaborative, innovative cultureInterested in joining a forward-thinking company and making your mark on global digitalprojects?
